Hey guys, it’s been like two or three weeks but I’m back!
So let’s talk about running! I got an app called Couch25kfree and completed the first two weeks. I am so proud of myself for doing this and sticking to it for the most part. I will go into more details about this in another post.
Now on to the fun part!! Around week three I had serious foot pain problems and discovered that I had flat feet. I then decided I needed to take a break and figure out what I needed to do to fix this problem because I want to continue running.
Then I started a new job where I work early in the mornings which is when I usually run. This new job didn’t help my foot problem because I am constantly on my feet all day for 7 plus hours. I going to try different things like foot exercises, new soles for my sneakers, plus running shoes to help with my foot pain.
Soon I will be moving and all of this is going to push back a little on my running but I promise myself to get back to it as soon as possible. In the meantime I will be doing stuff with some dumbbells, dancing, and pretty much any exercises that does not do too much with my feet.
I will go into more details in another post explaining my foot problem, how the first two weeks of running went, and how I like my new job. I just wanted to update you all on what’s been going on.
