What I eat in a day? I don’t know about you but, I love watching these types of videos on YouTube. I Like watching “What I eat as a Vegan in a day” or What me and My Vegan baby eat in a day.” I just find them interesting and fun.
Sooooo, I decided to do one my own but blog it! Now, I am not the healthiest person but I also don’t eat extremely unhealthy either. I will say that I noticed that I eat way less then what I thought So don’t be alarmed. A lot of the foods I ate are high in calories and they kept me full.
The first thing I ate was a banana , cup of noodles, and some V8 splash.
I am sick and soup is just great for a cold especially when you add hot sauce.
As I was working on ideas for blog post and as my niece slept I had two fruit cups(peaches).
I also had a small bag of Skittles and a Laffy Taffy. I was craving sweets like crazy! Fun fact, I love candy more than any other sweets including cake and ice cream.
I am also drinking a lot of juice. Most times I find that I am not hungry but thirsty.
I then went on to have leftovers, a burger and fries.
Toward the end of the day I had a green juice and water.
By the end of the night I was hungry but was too lazy to make anything so I just ate some penutbutter balls I made the other day. Then I went to bed.
I will say that this does not reflect what I eat every day. Some times I’m eating all day and other times I eat three times a day. What can I say, I’m all over the place.
What I Learned?
I learned that I need to make sure that I set time to make meals because skipping meals because your tired and lazy is not good.
I also learned that I need to start eating breakfast. And even though I did this day, I don’t do it all the time. It felt great to be energized in the morning and not be sluggish or tired.
I learned that I don’t eat as much as I think I do but I do eat foods high in calories among other things.
